I coach and support ambitious expats to achieve their goals and succeed in all areas of their professional and personal life.
My name is Amy Morton and I am a professional, certified coach accredited with the International Coaching Federation, utilising my own life experiences of being an expat and working with expats in a corporate setting to help other ambitious individuals get clarity and formulate a strategic plan to practically achieve their work and lifestyle objectives overseas.
I have overcome challenges to succeed in a fast-paced HR environment in the corporate world to leaving this all behind to become a military spouse, a first time mother and an expat myself in a very culturally different country, all during a pandemic.
However, this isn’t about me. The focus of my programme is you, your goals and driving your results. Blending my high emotional intelligence with personal perception to develop a trusted relationship as the foundation in aligning your talents, values, visions and goals.
I aim to both support and challenge clients to help them move forward, get ‘unstuck’, overcome fears or obstacles and achieve success and happiness quickly, whatever that might look like to you.
